Diagnostics Tool to gather information on MSD.
MSDDiag is a tool which can gather information about an MSD installation on a PC, as well as (connected) WIBU CodeMeter keys related information.
If you are experiencing any problems with MSD, please download and run this tool, and send us the information, so we can have a better understanding of what could be the cause.
To use it, download MSDDiag and unzip it onto the PC where the error occurs.
Start MSDDiag.exe, and it will gather information about MSD on your PC.
(If you want to retrieve any key information, make sure that CodeMeter Control Center is installed, and that the WIBU CodeMeter key is connected when you run MSDDiag.)
After the information has been gathered, it will be presented on screen.
You can save the information to a file by clicking the 'Save' button at the bottom right. Please send this file and any additional information on the problem to us.
